Boxing

Boxing is a combat sport where two participants wearing protective gloves throw punches at each other in a ring, aiming to score points or achieve a knockout. Through bag work, sparring, and drills, you'll get a full-body workout while learning self-defense.

What gear do I need to bring for my workout?

The only gear required is hand wraps, and boxing gloves which can be bought online on amazon or local community stores see coaching staff for specifics on glove sizes if unsure. anything else is optional e.g., boxing boots, mouth piece, sweet bands.

Do I need experience?

No! We cater to all skill levels, from beginners all the way up to professional fighters.

Will I get hit or have to spar?

The majority of our programs are non-contact classes focusing on technique and fitness. Sparring is reserved ONLY for advanced or competitive members under the head coach's supervision.

What should I wear?

Comfortable workout attire such as shorts, leggings, and a t-shirt is standard.

What is the minimum age to train?

Anyone older than 5 years old is welcome to train and will be designated to there age group training session.
